Advance Tapes International LTD is looking to recruit 10 x Machine Operators to work with in our established tape manufacturing site in Leicester LE4.
*** This is a PERMANENT ROLE FROM DAY ONE!!! ***
Sift Pattern:
Rotating shift:
Week 1: 06:00am – 18:00pm (Monday – Wednesday) 06:00am – 14:00pm (Thursday)
Week 2: 18:00pm – 06:00am (Monday – Wednesday)
Pay rate: Competitive based on experience.
Responsibilities:
• To operate selected Coating and Mixing machinery safely
• To consistently achieve production output targets
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
• To complete all required departmental data recording on time
• Able to identify and communicate risks (Service, Quality, Health & Safety and Financial)
