Yesterday the Bluestone Team took part in the Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge. Bardon Hill (912ft), Old John at Bradgate (696ft) and Beacon Hill (814ft). Nearly 7 hours of walking and 16.5 miles. Today we are broken 🤣
BUT - we are proud to have supported Charity Link and their important work assisting local people in need. Particularly important in these financially challenging times.

We are looking for an internal project coordinator to back up our on-site project management team.
This is a full time role which will include:-
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure equipment comes in on time for projects
- Receiving deliveries in our warehouse
- Collating and checking equipment against quotes and drawings in readiness for installation teams to take to site
- Producing risk and method statements
- Arranging access with site
- Offering support to installation teams, project managers and other team members to ensure a smooth installation process
- Keeping on top of stock levels

Skills required:-
- Excellent organisation skills
- Methodical
- Conscientious
- Team player
- Flexible approach
- Willingness to learn
- Computer literate
- Problem solving

Forklift, manual handling and other H&S training given.
PPE provided.

Occasional early mornings and attendance on site to help with deliveries may be required.

Individuals (we can buddy you up) or existing teams - own van essential, tail lift preferred.
Competence in electrics, plumbing and/or Gas Safe registered a bonus.

It’s finally in!
This café forms part of the Snibston regeneration project. The design was started just before lockdown, but for obvious reasons, put on hold until now.
The 3D images we provided to the client helped them to envisage the space and allowed them to get a real understanding on how it was going to look and work.
We teamed up with Storers, took an existing hot and cold counter from another site and incorporated it into a new counter, re-cladding and revitalising it for many more years of use.
