I normally make kickstart payments to businesses on a Friday, but I'll be honest, I got a bit excited today because I was close to a big number and I did them early...🤣

It may look like I never get anxious (I do) and that I'm always confident (I'm not). When the kickstart scheme was launched I wasn't sure if I'd get approved, or be able to pull it off, or be able to get clients, or fill roles. It has been a rollercoaster to deliver...

But with my fab Ninja HR Team we got it done.

And I've just paid out the £1 millionth pound of grant funding (yes that is money from the government that you never have to pay back) 😱😱😱

I'm going to treat myself to a kebab. Then I've got a trade union call for a new member this evening. 🤣
