What started as a vision in Cape Town just two years ago has grown into something far greater than we imagined.
On 4 November, we opened ATM Group in South Arica.
Yesterday, on 4 May 2026, we proudly launched ATM Academy, a milestone that reflects not just growth, but purpose.
ATM Academy is built to unlock potential, equip young talent with practical, in-demand skills and create real pathways into sustainable employment in a rapidly evolving world of work.
This initiative focuses on empowering matriculants and emerging talent, giving them not just training, but opportunity, exposure and a clear starting point for meaningful careers.
We were honoured to host an inspiring group of industry leaders, partners and public sector representatives who joined us for this special moment:
Ashwin Adams (Client Relationship Manager), Rene Rademeyer (Lead: Client Relations – Business Development) and Marie-Louise Funston (GBS Sector Lead), all representing Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator Rwanda.
Thinus Oelofse (Regional Head: Coastal), Lauren Gordon (Senior Project Manager) and Lazola Magwaxaza (SETA Administrator), all representing Training Force (Pty) Ltd.
Ntombozuko Kowa, Employer Value Banking Manager at Standard Bank Group Bank
Alderman James Vos Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Growth at the City of Cape Town

A big thank you to Orisons Activations and Marketing for the exceptional setup, including the beautifully styled décor, catering and brand printing.
A special highlight was the ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Morne Amos (Managing Director of ATM Group), alongside Alderman James Vos Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Growth and Clayton Williams, marking the official opening of a space designed to shape future careers.
This is more than a launch, it’s the beginning of a long-term commitment to developing talent, strengthening our industry and creating opportunities where they are needed most.
