Today, we took a break from the usual workday to celebrate the start of spring with plenty of fun, laughter, creativity and team spirit! 💐🌼

From showing off our best spring-inspired outfits 👗🌺, there were smiles, friendly competition and of course, some well-deserved prizes along the way. 🏆🎉

On 16 August, the ATM Group team took on the Blisters for Bread 10KM Walk to support a meaningful cause and give back to our community. 🥖💙

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Dutch Customer Service Advisors.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
• Escalate complex issues and complaints through the appropriate channels
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
✔ Good command of the English language
✔ Previous customer service experience is advantageous
✔ Experience with email and webchat support is beneficial
