At the ATM Academy, every learner’s journey is unique, shaped by new experiences, personal breakthroughs, meaningful conversations and the courage to step into new opportunities. As part of capturing their journey, we’ll be sharing reflections from the learners themselves.

From the 2-week bootcamp training to hands-on learning experiences, this journey has been filled with growth, collaboration, self-discovery and unforgettable moments.

Through OTJ sessions, “Activate Your Passion” training, team activities and continuous learning opportunities, learners have been challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence and develop skills that will support their future journeys.

This is only the beginning. ✨

Together, we continue making a meaningful impact on the environment through conscious action and sustainability-driven initiatives.

Over the past 50 months, we have successfully achieved:

🌱 12,144.72 tonnes of CO₂ offset
🌳 Equivalent to planting 934,583 trees

This achievement reflects the power of collective responsibility and long-term commitment toward building a more sustainable future.

We are currently looking for Academy Learners to join our 12-month learnership programme designed to empower unemployed youth with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to step confidently into the world of work. 🌍✨

We currently have open spots available for motivated young individuals who are eager to learn, grow and gain valuable workplace exposure.

This opportunity is aimed at unemployed youth with no prior work experience, creating a pathway for personal development and future career opportunities.

The programme combines both theoretical and practical experiential learning, equipping learners with workplace-ready skills while gaining hands-on industry experience. Participants will also receive a monthly stipend throughout the programme.

What started as a vision in Cape Town just two years ago has grown into something far greater than we imagined.

On 4 November, we opened ATM Group in South Arica.
Yesterday, on 4 May 2026, we proudly launched ATM Academy, a milestone that reflects not just growth, but purpose.

ATM Academy is built to unlock potential, equip young talent with practical, in-demand skills and create real pathways into sustainable employment in a rapidly evolving world of work.

This initiative focuses on empowering matriculants and emerging talent, giving them not just training, but opportunity, exposure and a clear starting point for meaningful careers.

Last week, ATM Group had the pleasure of taking part in the CapeBPO Sports Day here in Cape Town and what an incredible experience it was! ⚽🎾

From our agents right through to our MD, Morne Amos, our team showed up with energy, enthusiasm and true team spirit. We competed in both soccer and padel against other BPOs across the city and it was fantastic to connect, collaborate and share some friendly competition outside of the workplace.

The event was not only well-organized but also created a vibrant atmosphere, with onsite food and beverages available for purchase, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the day.

More than just a sports event, it was a great reminder of the importance of teamwork, wellness and building strong relationships within our industry.

A big thank you to the organizers and everyone who made the day such a success!
