“I only drink single malt.” 🥃

We hear it regularly at CASK 23. But a great blended Scotch deserves just as much attention: a master blender brings different whiskies together to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

We've opened Compass Box Metropolis — the third release in the Extinct Blends Quartet. Inspired by the vibrant spirit of the city, it offers layers of vanilla, honey, apricot and gentle smoke.

Now pouring by the dram at CASK 23. Come and enjoy a wh**ky conversation in our sampling lounge or visit us in the shop.

Great wh**ky is defined by what's in the glass.

Saturday afternoon looked a little different at CASK 23.

Seven guests joined us for a private afternoon built around two things we take rather seriously: good ci**rs and good wh**ky.

They began in the walk-in humidor, taking time over the selection rather than simply being handed a cigar. From there, it was into the lounge — wh**ky in the glass, ci**rs lit and the rest of the afternoon left deliberately unhurried.

That is the part photographs don't quite capture.

The conversation. Comparing ci**rs. Trying another dram. Going back into the humidor for a closer look. And having somewhere private enough for seven friends to simply enjoy each other's company.

CASK 23 private lounge experiences can be arranged for groups looking for something more personal than the usual bar or restaurant booking.

If you have a birthday, get-together, client occasion or simply a group of friends who appreciate wh**ky and ci**rs, message CASK 23 with your preferred date and group size and we'll discuss the experience with you.
