Now that’s a transformation… 👀🔨

A side-by-side look at one of our recent strip-out projects.

From a property full of internal walls, fittings and debris ➡️ stripped right back to the original structure.

Before ➡️ After. The difference speaks for itself. 💪🏼

Another project underway 👷‍♂️🏗️

Here’s a look at one of our latest strip-out projects — a block of unused flats currently being taken back to its original shell.

The works include:
• Full clearance and removal of waste
• Taking down stud walls and internal partitions
• Removing doors, door frames, window sills and skirting boards
• Removal of all disconnected services
• Complete internal strip-out and preparation back to the original shell

The project is still a work in progress, but we wanted to share a few photos of the job as it develops.

Another site being stripped back, cleared out and prepared for its next stage. 💪

More progress to follow…

Out with the old! 👊
Another property stripped back and ready for its next chapter. We safely removed the roof, doors and door frames, internal walls, and floor, taking the existing extension back to an empty shell ready for the next phase of the renovation. Demolition isn’t just about knocking things down—it’s about carrying out the work safely, efficiently, and leaving the site properly prepared for what’s to come. Keep an eye out for the updates as this project comes back to life! 🏡

Some before, during and after photos of a job we completed for a friend of ours before holiday 👷‍♂️🛠️

The old roof was taken down, walls removed, and the sliding doors taken out — bringing the area back to how it was originally. We also removed all materials and waste from site, leaving everything clean and tidy ready for the new fence to be installed. ✅

Another happy customer and a great transformation already! 💪

🔧 Another couple of jobs completed by our team recently! 🔧

🚨 Emergency ceiling repairs
We were called out after a leak caused ceilings to come down in several rooms. We acted fast, removing all damaged plasterboard, de-nailing and re-boarding the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Everything was left safe, clean, and tidy, with waste neatly stacked for the homeowner.

🏠 Concrete shed roof removal
We also removed a heavy concrete shed roof to allow extra height to be added to the walls, making way for a brand-new flat roof.

Finally, Facebook has sorted itself out and is letting me post again 🎉

We’ve been out on site in the run-up to Christmas removing three different layers from around the roofs of these old flats in — tin sheeting with ply boarding on timber underneath — ready for the buildings to be demolished safely.

All waste was disposed of safely and correctly.

🏠 DID YOU KNOW? 🚨

If your home, garage, or outbuildings were built before 1999, there’s a real possibility they contain asbestos materials ❗

⚠️ Where asbestos is often found:

✔️ Artex or textured ceiling coatings
✔️ Old vinyl floor tiles & backing
✔️ Cement soffits and roofline boards
✔️ Corrugated roof sheets
✔️ Insulation boards near boilers or electrics

Asbestos was fully banned in the UK in 2000 after being linked to serious health conditions such as mesothelioma, asbestosis, and lung cancer.

⛔ Attempting to remove asbestos yourself is extremely dangerous.
Specialist techniques and proper containment are essential to stay safe.

🔧 For safe handling and removal, rely on qualified experts with the right training and equipment.
