The Polyformes team recently donated camping mats to NOAH, providing additional comfort and practical support to people experiencing homelessness in the local community.

NOAH supports people facing homelessness through welfare services, accommodation advice, shelter, food, clothing, access to health and hygiene facilities, and training, development and opportunities to reconnect with the community.

We're pleased to have contributed in a small way to the important work they do across Luton.

Thank you to the team at NOAH for everything you do to support those in need. 💚

It’s critical that high-value engineering equipment, tools and technical components arrive protected, organised and ready for use.

That’s why we’re pleased to share that Polyformes Ltd has been appointed as an Approved Fabricator for EMEA under Zotefoams Global Approved Partner Programme, formalising a long-standing relationship built on material understanding and precision foam conversion.

This appointment strengthens our ability to support customers across industrial packaging markets with protective foam inserts, trays, cases and engineered packaging solutions from our base in Leighton Buzzard, backed by Zotefoams’ technical expertise.

Why is the foam industry growing?
And when we say it’s growing…
…according to Mordor Intelligence, an organisation providing insights
into 6000+ enterprises across 100+ countries…
“The Polyethylene Foam Market is projected to register a CAGR of
greater than 3% during the forecast period (2024-2029).”

The report also states that one of the main reasons for the projected
growth is down to people using foam ‘more and more for packaging’.
So, why is foam packaging superior to other types of packaging, and
being used by all types of businesses and organisations?
Well, the answer to that question comes a little further down the
report where it says –
“Packaging applications are anticipated to dominate the
polyethylene foam between 2024 and 2029 market due to its
excellent properties, such as its lightweight nature, resistance to
moisture and heat, frost protection, and shock and vibration
absorbance.”

Of course, these stats are no surprise to the team at Polyformes, or
to the businesses or individuals where foam products, including
unique foam packaging solutions, are integral to what they do.
So, could foam be used in your business?
…maybe in your packaging, or even the product itself, or the product
components?
