Now that 2Wards is well into its 8th month, I've been reflecting on the number of new clients we've been lucky enough to win and the sheer amount of data we're managing daily.

It's immense. But it's not just about volume; it's about ensuring its security, organizing it effectively, and making sure it's accessible when we need it.

Gone are the days when these were 'nice-to-have' features. Now, they're essentials. As businesses, we need to be proactive, seeking out top-tier solutions to protect and manage our data efficiently. As a virtual assistant, it's top of my priority list.

A slightly different blog this week. With all of the talk around AI, I thought I’d ask Chat GPT to effectively justify its role within SME. The video of its answer is certainly food for thought, but I don’t think it's ready to replace us just yet. It's important to remember that first and foremost ChatGPT is a language model, but amongst its many talents, it can use real data to analyse trends, produce summarised reports and if it can’t find an answer it can guide you through next steps....
