Something a bit different from a few weeks ago was this. Polishing the acrylic floor of a swimming pool at a private residence. Years of use and chlorinated water had dulled it and it needed a good polish to get it nice and shiny again.

Working near the Tower of London today and a bit of something different to the norm.
The client hadn't come across this before and to be honest, neither had I but said I was happy to give it a go and see what I could do.

Refinishing of an existing glass floor in a house being renovated in Clapham SW4. Some rather deep scratches and some unsightly damage caused by dirt and grit under the pantry door.
All back to good as new for the new owner and protected for the rest of the renovation.

Something a bit different from the norm of bi-folds etc!
A bespoke cylindrical display case for a whiskey bottle. A previous repair had left it hazy so we were called in to rectify and get it nice and clear again. A tricky item to work on and keep still as well as being fragile and having some text printed onto the glass to make sure not to damage also😬

Haven't posted much in a while. These are from a job a few weeks ago in Chingford. New aluminium Crittal frame windows had around 80 individual panes damaged and requiring repair. This was a technical and time consuming but rewarding job with a very happy client saving them the cost and hassle of replacement.

Working in Kentish Town NW5 this morning on a refurbishment project. A small but technical and time consuming job removing a very deep and significant scratch along with a few others from this laminate glass, double glazed sash window panel. Very pleased with the end result as was the client 😁
Just because it's badly scratched, replacement glass isn't always the answer!

Working in Highgate, North London today on this unusual bay/seat window on an extension. The panels were extensively scratched and the homeowner liked to sit in it quite a bit so the damage was fairly obvious. Working for the builder we had this looking really good again and now the client can sit in it and enjoy the garden views without the annoying scratch damage spoiling it.

Working on a property renovation in Chelsea today, removing scratch damage from a glass floor panel installed in the mid 90's and then hasn't seen much love since! There were a few chips and chipped scratches that I couldn't completely remove but the client was very happy with the end result.
