People underestimate the impact that their self talk has on their minds and their lives.

If you tell yourself that you are stupid, incapable of achieving success, or unlucky...guess what? You will bring those things into your reality.

If you tell yourself that you are smart, capable, and powerful beyond measure, your brain will find ways to confirm these beliefs and help you build a more amazing life.

So check in with yourself, consider the way you are talking inwardly and ask yourself-is that helping me get to where I want to be?

Try talking to yourself the same way that you would talk to a treasured friend. ❤️

Have a practice today and be aware when you are talking negatively to yourself and make a conscious effort to switch your words 🤩

✅ Wake up thinking about your goals.

✅ Stop wasting your time. Instead, spend it learning and implementing.

✅ Show up even on days when you don't feel like it.

✅ Go to bed dreaming about getting one step closer to your goals.

✅ Keep going.
