Sometimes you don't need a big meeting room, you just need to get two or three people together to sort out an issue.

Whilst we don't have a permanent tenant for Room 6, this makes an ideal space for 1 to 1 meetings or for three people to get together. The room also contains a small kitchen you you can make yourselves hot drinks to ease people into the meeting.

One of the great community projects that has been taking place in Lichfield is the Common Threads project at Lichfield Cathedral. Led by Dagmar and John at The Fabric Vault, local people have been sewing squares to make a table runner for the Table for the Nation that has been on display in the cathedral. The finished table runner was on display yesterday and a huge range of creative squares have been made representing the businesses, organisations, charities and places of our beautiful city.

Lots of people were there to look at the finished work and to admire the skill and creativity of our community.

This amazing charity shop is just s few minutes walk from Advantage House. It's been open for 40 years and they are celebrating this weekend. The 80s music was in full flow when I walked past this morning.

Today's Saturday workshop was something special - we welcomed two Adept graduates back into the classroom to share their journey from qualification to thriving private practice!

It's hard to believe that today we had our annual PAT testing with Lichfield PAT Testing Ltd. The year has flown by!
As ever the service from Andrew and Graham Shipton was thoroughly professional and efficient. They also brough Marketing Manager Dexter with them, he enjoyed exploring the building and looking cute, as you can see below.
It's great to work with an excellent local business as we look after Advantage House.

As we get ready to close the gate at Advantage House for the last time this year, we'd like to thank all our customers for their continued support during 2024. We are lucky to work with some fantastic local businesses and we have lovely tenants, for which we are very thankful.

Featuring the beautiful Lichfield landmarks of Erasmus Darwin House, the clocktower, Guildhall, Lichfield Cathedral and Samuel Johnson's Birthplace the scene incorporates little Christmas features including a snowman and Christmas trees.
