Solar before Christmas? Now’s a good time to get the conversation started. ☀️

A new look. The same family behind it.

We’re refreshing our branding and bringing everything back together under Solar Upgrades, and we’re excited to share your first look.

As part of that change, we’re retiring the IntegriSolar trading name. Having different names for parts of what we do actually made things less clear than they need to be. We want you to know exactly who we are, what we offer and who to turn to when you need us. If you’ve known us through IntegriSolar, you’re still part of the Solar Upgrades family 🫶

Our new identity reflects the way we approach our work: considered design, practical expertise and genuine care for the homes, farms and businesses we work with.

As the new look rolls out, you’ll still find the same people at the end of the phone and emails. The same honest advice, our own installation team, and support beyond installation through The Solar Owners Club.

To every customer who has trusted us, recommended us or supported our family business: thank you. You’ve helped shape the company we are today.

When Danny first got in touch, he wasn’t completely sure who to trust with his solar installation — and honestly, we know that’s a really common feeling.

There are so many companies out there, so our job has never been to pressure people into the biggest or most expensive system. It’s to properly understand the home, the lifestyle and the budget, then recommend what actually makes sense.

🍎 Sometimes good customer service comes back to the office in bottles of apple juice… One of our customers, Ian, had a new smart meter installed by Octopus today. After the power was restored, his solar and battery system didn’t quite restart as it should.

Ian gave us a call and, after a quick troubleshooting FaceTime with Ellie, we knew the system needed a proper shutdown and restart sequence. So Pete, our Install Lead, headed straight over to get everything safely powered down, restarted in the correct order and back up and running... and he came back to the office carrying this incredibly thoughtful thank you from Ian in the form of 12 bottles of homemade, homegrown apple juice for the team! 🍏❤️

It was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Safe to say the office fridge is now rather well stocked! Ian… thank you. The apple juice is absolutely lovely!

For us, installing a solar system is never the end of the relationship. If something crops up afterwards — whether it’s an app question, a settings issue, a meter change or something just doesn’t look quite right — we’re still here.
