Happy National Dog Day 🐾

Today is officially a pampered-pooch day for our boy Otto - extra fuss, a favourite walk, a ride on a buggy and no doubt a treat or two.

He keeps us smiling and is a very good reminder that a little fresh air and time away from the screen can make all the difference.

Some client relationships stay with you long after the work itself has finished and Candleston is certainly one of those.

I particularly enjoyed supporting the marketing of their outstanding residential developments, including in Portskewett and in Llanfoist.

Being able to follow each development, identify the stories worth sharing and create content around the homes, locations and customer journey made the work especially rewarding.

AI can help… but the human touch still matters. 🤖

I’ve been exploring how AI can support me with certain tasks, and there’s no doubt it can save time and help us work more efficiently.

But good business support is about more than simply completing a task. It’s about understanding your business, noticing the little details, using judgement and being someone you can genuinely rely on.

For me, AI isn’t replacing the personal support I provide. It’s another useful tool that allows me to work smarter and spend more time focusing on my clients.

And yes… I couldn’t resist asking AI to create this image! 😂
