It isn't always easy, but it is incredibly rewarding.

As a freelancer myself, I know just how much hard work, dedication and passion goes on behind the scenes. I also know how lucky I am to work alongside so many wonderful clients, collaborators and fellow business owners.

So this week is a little reminder to celebrate how far you've come, whether you're one month in business or ten years in.

🏆 Well, this was a lovely surprise!

I'm absolutely delighted to have been named Virtual Assistant of the Year - Central England by the Prestige Awards.

To say this was unexpected would be an understatement!

As a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant and Business Manager, much of what I do happens behind the scenes. It's about helping clients stay organised, keeping projects moving, solving problems, and being there when an extra pair of hands is needed.

That's why this award feels so special.

Not because of the recognition itself, but because it reflects the trust my clients place in me every day.

To those who nominated me, recommended me, worked alongside me and supported my business journey – thank you. It truly means the world to me. 💖

I feel incredibly lucky to work with such wonderful clients and collaborators and I'm excited to continue supporting businesses across the UK.

Happy Friday! 💖

Here's to a well-earned weekend.

It's always a challenge fitting five days' worth of work into four, but I always come out the other side feeling grateful, knowing my clients have been supported, deadlines have been met, and everything is where it needs to be.

One thing I've learned as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant and Business Support partner is that business owners often carry far more than they need to. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is ask for support.

For now though, it's time to switch off, recharge and enjoy a little downtime before we do it all again next week.

4 years in business… and a small thank you from me ❤️

April marked 4 years of Ask Tina - which feels a bit surreal to say.

This month marks 4 years of Ask Tina (Virtual Business Support) 🤍

When I started this journey, I didn’t fully know where it would take me - but I knew I wanted to build something meaningful… something that genuinely supported people in their businesses.

After moving from Cardiff to Lincolnshire in January 2022, I set out to build a new network from scratch. I still remember attending my very first Lincoln Business Club meeting - and walking away with two new clients from that one room. That moment gave me the confidence that I was on the right path.

Over the past four years, there have been plenty of highs, challenges, lessons and moments that tested my resilience and tenacity. But through it all, I’ve kept showing up - with determination, consistency and a real passion for what I do.

Today, I’m proud to support clients right across the UK- including Cardiff, where I continue to collaborate with and stay connected to an incredible network of people who have supported my business from the very beginning and still do today.

What I’m most proud of is the value I’ve been able to bring to my clients - creating structure in their businesses, giving them back valuable time, supporting their growth and being someone they can rely on. I don’t take that trust lightly.

I’m incredibly grateful to every client who has chosen to work with me, recommended me and supported my journey. Your businesses, your growth, and your wins are what make this all worthwhile - and genuinely, I love what I do.
