Inzpire was privileged to attend the presentation of new Colours to the UK Commando Forces by His Majesty The King at Windsor Castle.

Colours are more than ceremonial flags. They carry the identity, battle honours and history of the units they represent. For the Royal Marines and Commando Forces, they symbolise generations of service and sacrifice stretching back to Gibraltar.

The occasion also served as a reminder that while military traditions endure, the way we prepare for operations continues to evolve.

As Inzpire and QinetiQ approach the first delivery of the Maritime Command and Staff Training (MCAST) capability to Headquarters Commando Force, we are pleased to support today’s Commandos as they train and operate in increasingly complex and integrated environments.

WE'RE HIRING!

We are looking for an existing instructor with experience in training delivery and lesson writing to support the growth of an existing team, supporting a number of programmes and projects.

You will be UK-based, but as part of the Inzpire team, there may be chances to be involved in wider projects across UK Defence, international and civil UAS opportunities.

The role will be varied in focus and will include design and delivery of UAS technical training in accordance with current Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) methodology.

We are seeking Helicopter Tactics Instructors to deliver basic and advanced ground and simulator tactical training to aircrew from across Europe. 🚁

Your primary place of work will be Air Base No1 in Sintra, Portugal, with the remainder of your time being UK-based with flexible working.

The role will be varied, but you can expect to join a team of instructors dedicated to the development of aircrew with varied experience levels for up to 22 weeks of the year.

We are seeking an aircrew instructor to support the delivery of basic and intermediate operationally focussed ISR training to aircrew from the Belgian Défense Force.

You will be UK-based, with the remainder of your time working within mainland Belgium or other European hubs as required by the customer.

The ISR Operations and Training Expert role will be varied, but you can expect approximately 16-20 weeks of the year delivering overseas training.
