One of the most common reasons a dwelling fails its air test is unsealed gaps around pipes, cables, ducts, and extract fans.

Before your air test:
✅ Check around soil pipes and waste pipes
✅ Seal electrical cable penetrations
✅ Ensure extractor fan ducting is properly sealed
✅ Check loft hatches and service cupboards
✅ Seal any gaps where services pass through external walls
