A recent new-build project where the clients wanted matching gates, railings, and a hand gate to perfectly complement the modern aesthetic of the property.

The chosen design focused on consistency throughout, making it essential that the railings, sliding gate, and hand gate all aligned seamlessly in both style and finish.

This bespoke design combines charcoal composite boarding with open steel detailing along the top section, creating a modern look while still maintaining visibility and light flow. The main entrance features a sliding gate fitted on a track system and powered by a Nice Robus 600kg motor for smooth and reliable operation.

Everything was professionally finished in Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, paired with charcoal composite infills for a sleek contemporary appearance.

For added convenience and security, we installed a Uniview IP video intercom system with an internal monitor, fully accessible via mobile app for remote access and monitoring.

The matching hand gate was completed with self-closing hinges and a Locinox lock with key override, providing both security and ease of use.

We removed the existing timber gates and wooden posts and replaced them with a sleek steel-framed double leaf gate with composite infill panels, complete with matching steel posts for a modern, durable finish.

The automation system was fully upgraded using premium underground Nice LFAB 24V motors for smooth and reliable operation. We also retained the existing Videx intercom system, along with the internal vehicle & people detection photocells that allow the gates to open automatically for exiting vehicles or people.

Another completed gate automation project ✅

These were existing manual wooden gates that the customer wanted fully automated due to the long rising driveway. Because of the incline, the gates needed to be configured for outward opening, so we installed underground Nice LFAB 24V motors to achieve the correct operation while keeping a clean finish.

As the gates open outward onto the driveway area, we also installed safety photocell beams to prevent the gates from opening onto vehicles, ensuring the system operates safely and reliably.

Due to the existing wooden gates not matching the required geometry for automation, we modified the hinge hanging points to allow the gates to open correctly and smoothly.

To complete the installation, we fitted a Comelit GSM intercom with an integrated keypad, allowing the customer to grant access remotely while away from home.

We recently upgraded this property by replacing the existing manual wrought iron gates with a brand-new bespoke steel gate setup finished with premium oak composite boarding for a modern, high-end look.

To complete the automation, we installed Nice LFAB 24V underground motors, delivering smooth, reliable operation while keeping the automation discreetly hidden underground for a cleaner finish.

We also fitted a wireless external keypad, giving the client secure and convenient access for trusted family, friends, and visitors without the need for remotes.

Transforming both the security and appearance of the property, we replaced three existing 7” x 7” oak timber posts with three heavy-duty 7” x 7” steel posts, creating a much stronger and more durable foundation for the entrance system. The installation also included premium LFAB 24V underground motors for a smooth, reliable, and discreet automation setup.

We then installed a black powder-coated double-leaf gate system with oak composite boarding, along with a matching side panel to provide maximum security and a modern finish for the property. The gate design features an open-top section, specifically chosen to help reduce wind resistance from the exposed fields across the road, making it ideal for high-wind conditions.

For access control, the system was fitted with an AES GSM intercom and keypad, allowing convenient remote access and secure entry management. Two additional push buttons were installed to allow partial opening for deliveries, all programmed through a time clock to suit the customer’s preferred operating times.

Entrance lighting was also integrated into the system, automatically illuminating the entrance while the gates are operating and remaining on for a timed period afterwards. The lighting can also be activated directly from the remotes for added convenience and visibility with the same period of time.

Another happy customer!

For this project, the client wanted a manual gate with a clean, modern appearance to complement the contemporary style of the property. We designed and manufactured a bespoke steel frame/aluminium slatted front gate, creating a sleek finish that blended perfectly with the house aesthetic.

Due to the gravel driveway, we installed a custom support rail along with piled-in feet to provide maximum stability and long-term durability for the gate system.

The main gate frame was fabricated from steel and powder coated in black to perfectly match the aluminium slats. The top steel frame section was specially designed to bolt onto the main gate frame, allowing the pre-powder-coated aluminium slats to be slotted into place cleanly and efficiently during installation.

To complete the look, we also manufactured panels, which were fitted into the brick planter sections and aligned perfectly with the height and levels of the main gate. This created a seamless, high-end finish with a strong modern appearance throughout the entire frontage.
