Slow Cooker Apple Pie Porridge ~ Serves: 5

Macro info per serving

Shopping & Ingredients List:

100g Rolled Oats*
400ml Almond Milk
2 Apple, chopped
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Honey

*gluten free if necessary

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours/overnight.

2. Stir well before serving.
