9 years of Lumière consultancy!

We‘re not sure how that went past so quickly - what started as a simple idea, helping hospitality businesses think more clearly and operate better, has grown into something we‘re incredibly proud of.

Over the last nine years, Lumière has worked with founders, chefs, investors and teams at every stage: from first concepts to relaunches, from independent cafés to established brands. Some projects were smooth. Many were messy. All of them taught us something.

What’s stayed constant is our belief that good hospitality is built on clarity: Clear ideas, clear systems, and people who genuinely care.
