9 years of Lumière consultancy!

We‘re not sure how that went past so quickly - what started as a simple idea, helping hospitality businesses think more clearly and operate better, has grown into something we‘re incredibly proud of.

Over the last nine years, Lumière has worked with founders, chefs, investors and teams at every stage: from first concepts to relaunches, from independent cafés to established brands. Some projects were smooth. Many were messy. All of them taught us something.

What’s stayed constant is our belief that good hospitality is built on clarity: Clear ideas, clear systems, and people who genuinely care.

We’re proud to have supported the relaunch of , a French restaurant brand with a long history in London.

After a temporary closure, Richoux has reopened on Regent Street with a refreshed vision – blending timeless French dining traditions with a modern, approachable experience.

Our team assisted with the menu development, recipe cards, staff training, and operational manuals to help bring consistency and clarity to the relaunch.

It’s always rewarding to play a part in bringing an iconic name back to life, and we’re excited to see Richoux thriving once again.

london is the London debut for Ukrainian Restauranteur Andrii Nikonov . Having already a site in Kyiv that is performing well, the second site of Boca a Boca is due to open with much anticipation. This has been an end-to-end consultancy project for Lumiere from finding and negotiating the site, recruitment, supplier negotiations and procurement.
