As two local businessmen who have dedicated 8 years to building our company, brand and reputation, we take immense pride in all our very successful events and will never compromise on high quality production standards over profits or the contributions we make to the local community. We are committed to involving West Lothian’s youth, adults, and businesses in all our events, and this will continue into 2025 and beyond..

We have missed seeing you all this year and look forward to bringing you our brand new, truly unique event and spectacular location next December – rest assured, the original and best quality family festive event will return bigger and better than ever.

We will bring back a truly high-quality, value-for-money festive family experience that exemplifies what a memorable and exceptional holiday celebration should be. Watch this space!

𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗡 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗 - 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

As many of you are already aware ‘The Festive Forest’ has left Beecraigs Country park after 4 phenomenally successful years.

We are very proud of what we achieved and brought to the local area and economy. We leave on a high with our passion, drive and determination to continue to bring you the most wonderful family Christmas experience still our number one priority.

We have been working extremely hard the past year on our new event in an exciting and very special location! A production of this size is time consuming and involves articulate and precise planning. We were so close but sadly still have a few hurdles to overcome and finalise which impacts the delivery of our new event for this year. So, while sad we are having to delay until next year, we remain super excited and our work continues.

We can’t wait to share with you, what we know will be the most unique, magical, festive family event in Scotland yet - for Christmas 2025.

Tickets will be on sale early next year when all will be revealed!! So please keep following our socials and checkout our website.

Finally, all customers impacted by the BFF23 cancellation on Saturday 23/12/23 will receive refunds in the next 7-10 working days.

Well sadly that’s a wrap folks with Beecraigs Festive Forest officially closing its doors for the 2023 season. 👋🏻🎄😞

Hi folks,

Due to a change in the last 30 mins with the Met Office forecast with very strong wind gusts over 42 mph we are left with no choice but to 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.

While we are devastated we cannot proceed with our final show of BFF23, this is absolutely the right decision in respect of public safety.

We cannot express how disappointed we are but the decision has been taken out of our hands by the good old Scottish weather.

We will be in touch with all ticket holders as soon as possible.

🚨Emergency Announcement!!🚨

BFF23 - WEATHER UPDATE 💨

Good morning folks!

Sadly, there is an Amber weather warning for the next 24 hours in the U.K. so it’s going to get a bit windy out there!!!

We are constantly monitoring the wind speeds on-site. Taking our working parameters into consideration with current Met office forecast our working plan & proposal is as follows:

𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 - 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬/𝟭𝟮/𝟮

For customers with booked time slots between 7PM to 7:30PM today (Dec 20)

Due to weather conditions, the Beecraigs Festive Forest site will be closing at 8:30PM latest today. For those who have purchased tickets for attendance start time between 7PM and 7:30PM, we will allow entry at any time from 4:30PM to 6:45PM.

𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪 - 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟭/𝟭𝟮/𝟮𝟯

For customers with booked time slots between 4:30PM to 5PM tomorrow (Dec 21)
Due to weather conditions, the Beecraigs Festive Forest site will be open at 5:15PM earliest on December 21st. For those who have purchased tickets for attendance start time between 4PM and 4:30PM, we will allow entry at any time from 5:15PM to 7:30PM.
