This summer saw another fantastic set of exam results for our ScotlandIS Scholars!

In partnership with The Education Academy Scotland and this year's sponsor, Telefonica Tech, our fourth cohort achieved:

🌟 89% pass rate in N5 Maths
🌟 Ten Grade A's (one predicted at the outset)
🌟 12 of 18 scholars improved their working grade (7 improved by two grades or more)
🌟 61% female representation across the programme

And the feedback has been nothing short of wonderful!

We're pleased to announce that 28DIGITAL and ScotlandIS have been appointed to establish Scotland's Life Sciences Cluster Development Organisation.

We are now recruiting an industry leader to act as independent Chair of the CDO Advisory Board to help shape the future of the cluster, someone who understands commercialising innovation, reaching customers, and entering new markets.

▪️ Initial commitment is 9 days between Nov 2026 - March 2027
▪️ Applications close 5pm Friday 23rd October
▪️ Shortlisted candidate interviews take place Friday 30th October am

We're delighted to be shortlisted in the SWiT Awards for Diversity Initiative of the Year!

Our ScotlandIS Scholarship provides tutoring support and talks from tech industry mentors to pupils from diverse gender, ethnic and underprivileged backgrounds, aiming to increase their opportunities and inspire them into STEM careers.

The Scholarship is in partnership with The Education Academy Scotland and sponsored by Telefonica Tech, without whom it would not be possible.
