BNI Weekly Meeting at Porchester Castle: A Thriving Collaboration
The energy in the room was buzzing—proof that coffee, referrals, and great people are a powerful combination! It’s always inspiring to see members and visitors coming together to build relationships and grow their businesses (and possibly their caffeine tolerance ☕️)

Meeting Highlights
We kicked off with Rich Clark reminding us about BNI’s philosophy of Building Relationships that turn into consistent referral flow—because let’s face it, people do business with people they know, like, trust… and occasionally share biscuits with.
Education Slot
Stu McIndoe delivered a brilliant education slot on Time Management—which was very appropriate, as most of us are still trying to figure out how time disappears between Monday morning and Friday afternoon!
Feature Presentation
This week’s Feature Presentation was from our newest member Daren Laidlow, the boy, the man the accountant. He fully embraced the Know, Like and Trust philosophy by sharing his life journey and how he became the man behind the numbers. A great presentation that proved accountants do, in fact, have personalities!
A huge congratulations to Jenny Walker , who was awarded Best Weekly Presentation—a well-deserved recognition, clearly bringing her A-game this week!
And somehow… our next is tomorrow Thursday 2nd- April already—and it’s Easter too!
