When I first started lifting weights form was just a nice word 😂 doesn’t matter how you lifted it, just how much was on the bar
Get a bit older and things start to make noises, weird places are sore and for some reason you just can’t seem to do it the way you used to
Well here’s 3 quick things you can do to get rid of the aches and pains
1. Forget weight, train a FULL range of motion, squat until your ass is on the back of your shoes or actually touch your chest when you bench 👀
2. If you struggle to do 1 then stretch In between sets, test and retest so you can find exactly what works rather than being a stretch dork and hoping one of the 10 things you did worked
3. Move with control, imagine that someone could shout pause at any point and you should be able to stop there at that moment
If all else fails bicep curls with a belt on and a used to be white wife be**er then tell everyone how you used to be massive 😂
