Why does it seem like Cyber Breaches are happening more …. I was asked!

My response was quite simple….

Until businesses stop trying to cut costs by outsourcing & implement technologies & solutions without stringent appropriate due diligence, their cyber footprint will be larger, less protected & more vulnerable to attack!!!

Like building a house if we put in solid foundations we can build a stable environment!!!

Always remember certification is just a qualification not a justification for knowledge & experience!!

This situation is any businesses worst nightmare, however with appropriate planning it doesn’t have to be the End!!

I have worked on planning exercises for many businesses and I have never ceased to be amazed how the right planning can turn things around very quickly what might seem like a very desperate situation can become positive very quickly.

I have always said “Plan for everything hope it won’t happen however it does you will have a plan for it”

If you would like to know how resilient your business should be after a Cyber Attack with the right plan Ransomware or a Data Breach doesn’t necessary have to mean the end of your Business!

How Awesome is Michael, what a wonderful opportunity that has landed in our lap on a damp cold monday in December!!!

So lucky I wonder if its too good to be true...

which of course it is, I wonder how many will fall foul to Awesome Michael.

Times are hard and tough for us all at the moment and like these may seem worthwhile to some, we do however need to keep our guards up as eventhough this is obviulsy a "Hook to Catch Us" our own circumastances may lower our ability to spot them.
