Admin Assistant - Front Desk Receptionist
• Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours available to suit candidate plus early finish on Friday)
• Location: Lambeg, Lisburn
• Salary: From £21,000 - £25,000 (Negotiable dependant on experience and hours)
We are seeking an Admin Assistant - Front Desk Receptionist to carry out general admin duties, preferably with experience in the fire and security alarm systems trade however this is not essential as full training will be given.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Answering telephone calls and handling emails, dealing with and transferring customer enquiries to relevant department.
• Using Microsoft Office and performing tasks on Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Emailing and posting of documentation and job records to customers.
• Taking receipt of incoming stock orders and dispatching outgoing sales orders to customers.
• General administration tasks such as filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience using Microsoft Office and performing tasks on Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience using stock management systems such as Sage however not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various team members and departments.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
