On Monday, we may have suggested that some things stuck to school walls with Blu Tack deserve a more permanent solution.

This was not intended as criticism of Blu Tack.

Frankly, it has been holding British education together for decades. 😆

🏫 THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL SIGNAGE CHECK

Before the gates open again…

A quick wander around the school can save a lot of head-scratching in September. 😆

✔️ Are all entrance and welcome signs still clear?

✔️ Have any room names changed?

✔️ Are directional signs pointing people where they actually need to go?

✔️ Are safeguarding and safety signs present and readable?

✔️ Any tired, damaged or outdated signs?

✔️ Any new rooms, entrances or areas that need signage?

✔️ And finally…

Is there anything still held up with Blue Tac that probably deserves something more permanent? 😆

September will be here before we know it.

Might as well make sure everyone knows where they’re going.

Leon has joined us as an apprentice and is currently learning his way around the workshop.

Which, as you can see, involves rather more than just printing a few signs. 😆

It’s great to have him on board.
