Christmas opening hours at Burnt House Vineyard

The festive season is nearly here, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the vineyard for a glass of w**e, a bite to eat and a little Christmas cheer! Our Christmas party menu is booking up and we wanted to share our opening times over the festive period, so you can soak up the atmosphere and stock up on all your w**es.

Usual opening hours Thursday 17th December to Sunday 20th December.

Bringing their South Asian-inspired street food menu to Feast Friday, 1942 Street Food celebrate authentic flavours, family influences and the vibrant food culture that makes street food so special.

The final countdown to the end of harvest is on!

We’re down to the last of our grapes here at Burnt House Vineyard, with our Pinot Gris still hanging on the vines, patiently waiting to reach those all-important high sugar levels.

It’s a waiting game now, keeping a close eye on the weather and monitoring the grapes as they continue to ripen. Every variety has its own timeline, and sometimes a little extra patience makes all the difference.

We’re almost at the finish line for Harvest 2026, and we can’t wait to see what these final grapes bring.

THE ENGLISH W**E SERIES HAS LANDED

We’re kicking off a new series of evenings at Burnt House Vineyard, celebrating all things English w**e.

From Bacchus and sparkling to Suffolk, terroir, hidden gems, food pairings and the future of the industry, there’s a different theme to discover each month.

Our first tasting is all about How England became a world class w**e producer.

Expect five w**es, plenty of stories, good company and a few surprises along the way. Nothing too formal, nothing too fussy — just a chance to drink some brilliant English w**e and learn a little more about what’s being made right here in the UK.

Christmas Party at Burnt House Vineyard

Planning your Christmas party? Join us at Burnt House Vineyard for a festive celebration in the Suffolk countryside.

Our Christmas Party Menu is £55 per person, including:

A glass of sparkling w**e or sparkling apple & elderflower on arrival
Festive table decorations
Christmas crackers
Tea & coffee to finish
A delicious seasonal three-course menu with plenty of choice

To begin
Sharing breads & butter, followed by your choice of mushroom vol au vent with tarragon mustard or confit duck leg croquette with cranberry ketchup.

To follow
Choose from roast porchetta with honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, roasted squash & blue cheese pie, or skin-on chicken, Brussels, bacon & chestnut.

Served with roasted vegetables, cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes.

To finish
Choose between sticky toffee & cinnamon pudding with ice cream or Meunier poached peach, raspberry & Chantilly cream.

And for the w**e lovers, add our Burnt House W**e Pairing for £15pp, including three glasses of Burnt House w**e, carefully paired with each course.
