MY 2025 IMPACT APPRAISAL
By the grace of God, in 2025:
I was privileged to make positive impacts in the lives of over 1,800 people through my teachings on career development and success pathways, delivered across various platforms.
I personally mentored more than 500 individuals, providing guidance on careers, education, personal growth, and other aspects of life.
I delivered multiple teaching sessions and episodes on Wisdom for Successful Living, which were watched by thousands of people globally.
I successfully facilitated an international research training, with over 200 participants registered from many countries across the world. The training created significant impact by equipping participants with practical research skills, confidence, and academic clarity.
I also facilitated a 1-month “Find Your Path” Career Coaching Programme under Samoxy Multiconcept Ltd, where participants gained career clarity, direction, confidence, and actionable plans toward purposeful career decisions.
Touching lives and helping people navigate their challenges—one way or another—continues to give me deep fulfillment and joy.
Many who reached out received psychological and emotional support through counselling, alongside spiritual guidance and, where possible, financial support.
I received inspiring testimonies from people across the world whose lives were positively transformed—hope was restored, resilience strengthened, and the determination not to give up was renewed.
Through these engagements, many individuals made important life and career decisions, renewed their focus, and strengthened their resolve toward greater achievement.
Several people developed the motivation to pursue further education (BSc, MSc, PhD, and professional training). I served as a mentor, advisor, or co-supervisor to many who successfully completed their programs this year.
Many individuals launched new trades, skills, and businesses as a direct outcome of the knowledge, mentoring, and inspiration received.
I was also personally enriched this year—impacted by exceptional people I met and by seminars, lectures, and learning opportunities that enhanced my personal and professional development.
My research and academic publications continued to contribute meaningfully to knowledge and positively impact lives across the globe.
Conclusion
I return all glory to God for His mercy, grace, and faithfulness throughout the year.
Despite challenges, God made all things possible.
I sincerely appreciate everyone who supported me through prayers, encouragement, finances, and other forms of support. I am deeply grateful.
I trust God for greater impact, growth, and service in 2026 and beyond, in Jesus’ name (Amen).
