Instead, we offer a genuine opportunity for experienced HR professionals who want autonomy, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who are tired of working in-house, dealing with HR politics and want to progress their career.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio, providing pragmatic on- and off-site HR support, training, and project delivery tailored to business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Manage complex and high-risk employee relations (ER) cases
✔ Act as the lead HR Business Partner for designated clients
✔ Design and deliver tailored HR strategies aligned to client needs

We’re looking for a CIPD Level 5 or above with the ability to attend client sites throughout Liverpool and the North West.

New Bereaved Partner's Paternity Leave 🚨⚖️

On 6th April, this new type of leave was introduced, providing eligible fathers and partners up to 52 weeks' unpaid leave if the mother or primary adopter passes away.

This is a day-one right, with flexible notice periods to reflect the circumstances, and leave must be taken in one continuous block within the first year.

What employers should do:
✅ Update policies and review contracts
✅ Train managers to respond sensitively
✅ Check HR systems can handle requests
✅ Clearly communicate employee rights
