What an incredible evening last Friday celebrating the 10th anniversary of Love, Jasmine 🩷

Founded following the devastating loss of their daughter, Jasmine, the charity was created from a personal experience of bereavement and the lack of support available to families facing such unimaginable loss.

Since then, they have turned that experience into something truly positive, providing care, comfort and vital support to so many bereaved families across the North West.

Ten years on, their work continues to make a huge difference, and this milestone was an amazing opportunity to celebrate everything they have achieved 🩷

Is your management team equipped to respond to harassment?

Employers should provide meaningful training for their entire workforce on sexual harassment and workplace harassment, particularly with the new rules coming into force on 30 October 2026.

But as Victoria Brown highlighted in last week’s peopleHUB session, managers and senior leaders play an important role in preventing and responding to workplace harassment.

Therefore, additional training is needed to help them recognise warning signs, respond appropriately and know when and how to escalate concerns.
