When I started Marc Fraser Media in 2017, it was with the intention of providing IT support and creative use of technology. I got somewhat sidetracked and went with the flow of that direction. With lockdown and other factors, I gained some new qualifictions. I am now a master practitioner in meditation, and in neuro-linguitic programming (NLP) as well as practitioner in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and other related subjects.

So whilst I am always happy to provide support and advice on some IT stuff, I will be focusing more on using technology in creativity to promote well-being. This will be mostly on Zoom, blogging and podcasting. I hope to provide these free, but with the option to sponsor me through Patreon, offering 'extras' such as recorded meditations, written material and so forth.

Please watch this space to keep track of teh changes as they happen and when they become available.

Thank you,
Marc Fraser

During these worrying times, I am working towards offering free live video sessions in mindfulness and meditation. I'm also looking at how to supply some other activities where practical. I'm also open to requests and suggestions. Please message here, or comment. Watch this space for more :)

By the way, I don't promote any one religion in my meditation, mindfulness, or any other sessions. Kindly respect that. Thank You. ☺️

So yesterday the government instructed that non-essential social contact should be avoided. This means that my work with Kindred Minds' service users is now at an end. I just have admin - email, handover to new staff, etc. then that particular episode in my life is over. Whilst I'm looking forward to opening new doors, there is some sadness in me. I have enjoyed working with the service users, and in spite of mistakes I've made over the time, it has been rewarding to see activities come together, or continue.

Using the almost-isolation time to put together some new 'gigs' - workshops and coaching sessions in the things I do best. Audio, photography/photo-art, Video workshops, as well as things like IT help. All this has an element of the new diplomas I have earned over the last two years - meditation, NLP and in some cases spirituality - producing positive results for well-being and destigmatizing mental health issues. Thanks to all the KM service users who have made working with you such a pleasure :)

You may have seen the alarming headline instructing anyone with even a mild cough to self-isolate for a week. I have spoken to Public Health UK about this because I do have a mild cough, but the thing is it has been with me since I quit smoking over 10 years ago. It is also a symptom of the mild COPD I have. So what they told me is that the self-isolation instruction just applies to new mild coughs and not existing conditions.
