Rob Thomas was the Financial Director, Office Manager and a great friend to many people associated with Lean Coaching. In his versatile role and outgoing personality, Rob knew many people all over the world; those people may not be able to pay their respects in person so we would like to coordinate a show of sympathy and expressions of condolence through this page. rted into Lean Coaching’s website for a short period of time and finally be collated to a ‘Book of Memories and Condolences’ to be passed on to Nick and their families

We are also respecting Nick’s and the family’s wishes by informing you that instead of flowers, they would prefer donations to be made to the Kings College Hospital's Medical Intensive Care Unit, which provided the highest level of professional and personal care, for Rob and Nick and the family, through their ordeal. Donation can be made directly via the link below. Our thoughts go out to Nick, Rob’s Partner and his mother, sister, brother and other close family, who have lost the ‘centre of their universe’.
