We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced and qualified level 3 Children & Young people – Children's Residential Lead Practitioner
You will joining a leading specialist client who cater for supporting children in their own homes and within in a full time (LAC) looked after care – residential setting.
We are looking for enthusiastic staff who have a passion for working with children and would like to help all children in care develop and nurture their life experiences.
Tasks will involve taking Children out into the community for activities and partaking in educational based fun.
This role will include supporting individuals with children as young as 5 years up to 18 years of age. You will be working with a variety of children from various backgrounds and including: Learning Disabilities (ALN Additional Learning needs), Emotional and Behavioural Issues, CSE Issues, Children who Self-Harm, Young Offenders and those with Substance Misuse and Detachment Disorders.
Your duties will include general support, 1 to 1 support, support in the community and helping the young people live a fun and fulfilling life whilst in full time care. You will also be working as part of a team within a residential setting.
To be considered for this role you must have proven previous experience and a passion to work in the care sector and due to client demands you MUST Hold the Level 3 QCF Children and Young people or similar advanced Qualification in child care
Full UK Driving license and your own transport

Salary from £26,000 per annum to £28,000 per annum + incentives
