Pet Connection came to .digital wanting more from their Google Ads post Shopify Migration.
Here’s what Q3/4 2025 looked like vs the same period in 2024:

↑ 15.83% spend
The slight spend increase was intentional. We phased budget heavier into Nov/Dec, split Performance Max by pet category, and built a dedicated Google Shopping campaign for promotions.
Monthly calls with the client served as a means to understand what skus needed prioritisation based on stock levels and seasonality.
The result? More revenue, better efficiency, and a client who’s been with us for years.
