Nicolajane the CEO and founder of Hope Consultants is an experienced Management Professional in the hospitality and third sector field. She has spent the last 8 years working for a charity in the Merseyside area working with disabled people and carers. Her daughter Amelia, who is now aged 3, sustained a brain injury in the first few months of her life. Amelia was constantly crying, did not sleep,
had constant ear/chest infections, sickness, colic, reflux and was not developing in line with babies her own age. At 18 months old, Amelia received CFT from a friend who had travelled to Philadelphia to get the CFT training from Dr Barry Gillespie; after 2 sessions she started sleeping at night. After 6 sessions, she was sleeping through the night and the sickness issues had significantly reduced. Having been ill from the stress and sleep deprivation in caring for her child, Nicolajane was amazed and greatly relieved with the results. Eventually all the issues started to disappear. In June 2014, Nicolajane became redundant, and took the opportunity to pursue a career in CFT and business consultancy.
“I want to try and reach out to other families who are experiencing difficulties with their children. I collapsed in the local supermarket as I was that ill and sleep deprived from caring for my baby on my own. My life has changed so much and it’s all due to CFT. Both my daughter and myself feel healthier now; Life at home is so much happier. Amelia has issues that are being addressed by participating on the Family Hope Center Programme and this coupled with regular CFT sessions has made a world of difference. I’d like other families to feel this relief.”
