WE’RE HIRING | SIA LICENSED STAFF

As LCM Security Management continues to grow, we’re looking for reliable, adaptable SIA licensed individuals to join our team and support a wide variety of deployments across Central Scotland.

Variety is a big part of working with LCM. Opportunities include:

• Licensed premises
• Events
• Football
• Asset Protection
• Site Security

Positions are offered on a 0-hour PAYE contract. This is not self-employed work, giving you the flexibility of a 0-hour position while being employed directly by LCM Security Management.

What we offer:

• Rates starting from £14.50 per hour
• Monthly pay
• Company uniform provided
• 0-hour PAYE contract
• A variety of shifts and working environments
• Opportunities to gain experience across different areas of security

Cameron has been with us since our very first deployment and has played an important role in our journey. Through his commitment and professionalism, he has progressed into a management position, supporting both our clients and our staff with client relations, operational planning and staff scheduling.

More recently, Cameron has also achieved his Close Protection licence, adding another valuable qualification to his skill set and further strengthening the services we can provide.
