Changed days at Edinburgh Airport. Traffic drastically reduced due to COVID impact. This video was taken at 5:45 pm on Friday evening on the airport approach road. Normally, at this time on a Friday, the road would be full of traffic in both directions. Car parks are also virtually empty!

Wheelchair users - your views are needed

Harrogate Borough Council have commissioned Vector Transport Consultancy to identify ways in which the provision of wheelchair accessible licensed vehicles can be improved. We have heard from many groups about the difficulties wheelchair users can face in Harrogate, trying to book a taxi or private hire vehicle to carry someone in a wheelchair.
If you are a wheelchair user in Harrogate, we would be pleased to hear your views about availability.
If you have found that you never need a wheelchair accessible taxi, then we would still like to hear from you. Do you need to provide your own transport or make other arrangements, because you can't rely on being able to book a taxi?
Do you feel your options are limited by the lack of availability of wheelchair accessible taxis?
