Since May, I've been working in an interim Head of HR role with Zip World, getting to know some incredible teams across North Wales. Not a bad office view! 😊

Some personal news I'm really proud to share.
I've been awarded Fellowship (FCIPD) by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
For anyone outside HR, Fellow status is the highest level of CIPD membership (only 5% are Fellows) and recognises significant professional experience and contribution to the profession.
When I started my HR journey, I never imagined where it would lead. Since then I've built All About HR, supported hundreds of managers and employees, helped businesses through some very challenging situations and met some fantastic people along the way.
As a single parent running my own business, there have definitely been moments when I've wondered whether all the hard work would pay off. Receiving this recognition makes me realise just how far I've come.
Thank you to everyone who has supported, trusted and encouraged me over the years.
