What started as a dry rot issue soon turned into something much bigger.
Once we opened the floor up, the full extent of the damage became clear. The affected floor, kitchen, bathroom and internal walls all had to be removed so the property could be treated properly.
With the strip-out complete, we've now installed a brand-new suspended floor and built the new blockwork wall, ready for the next stage of the project.
Over the coming weeks, we'll be managing the entire reinstatement, including the dry rot treatment, new walls, plumbing, electrics, kitchen, bathroom, plastering, decorating and all the finishing touches.
