Being family doesn't mean you think, communicate or respond in the same way. 👥
In a family business, one person may want decisions made quickly, while another needs more information and certainty. Someone else may want to discuss ideas openly, while another prioritises stability and harmony.

That's where different DISC styles can create misunderstandings:
🔹 D may want speed and decisive action.
🔹 I may want discussion, ideas and involvement.
🔹 S may value harmony and stability.
🔹 C may need information, accuracy and certainty.

Nobody is necessarily wrong—they may simply be approaching the situation from different behavioural needs and priorities.
