Welcome to new store opening week!
Our new store in Bynea, Llanelli opens at 9am on Thursday, when we will be joined by a host of local suppliers hashing out some cracking samples, as well as our special VIP guest, cutting the ribbon at 12 noon… oh and we will be joined by Mr Leek too

HIDEAWAY IS HIRING!!
We are looking for Happy enthusiastic Cooks/Chefs to join our amazing team and prepare our iconic breakfasts for our customers
(and indulging in a little taste test of them)
Must be passionate about food and bursting with ambition and new ideas to keep up with our constant determination to be successful.
Chef responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes. Able to delegate tasks to our helpful staff and to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
Good working hours full time position and part time availability also!
The working times are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (excluding Tuesday) and weekends.
Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver our menu that delights our guests and at upmost of importance enjoy!

Requirements and Skills
* Level 2/3 Food and Hygiene
* A passion for cooking
* Ability to do stock checks and ordering
* Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
* Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grills, fryers, etc…
* Leadership skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent time management abilities
