Hi everyone. I thought it best to let all service users, past and present, along with your families and friends and followers of Elite, know that I am resigning from my post as Registered Manager of Elite Care at Home Ltd. My last working day will be 20th August.

I have built some amazing relationships with you all over the years and I'm sad to be making this announcement. All current service users will have now received my letter making you aware of this.

Over my 10 years, I have met some of the most amazing people and also managed the best team of carers in my 10 months in Manager's post.

I wish things could be different but unfortunately, this is the right decision for me now. I wish you all the best for the future and want to thank you all for giving me the best 10 years at Elite. 🩵🩷

After a 2 day 'core assurance' inspection from the Care Inspectorate, we are delighted to announce that our 2 previous areas for improvement have been met 🤩Core assurance inspections are undertaken for providers who are graded 4 (good) or above. At this inspection, we were not graded therefore our grades of 5's remain!
We would like to give huge thanks to every single member of our team who work so hard to ensure we provide high quality care to all of our service users! Also, to our fantastic service users and their families who spoke so highly of us! Listening to some of the heartwarming comments made us very emotional 🥹
We are over the moon! Our report will be available to read within the next fortnight or so! 😁
