After a 2 day 'core assurance' inspection from the Care Inspectorate, we are delighted to announce that our 2 previous areas for improvement have been met 🤩Core assurance inspections are undertaken for providers who are graded 4 (good) or above. At this inspection, we were not graded therefore our grades of 5's remain!
We would like to give huge thanks to every single member of our team who work so hard to ensure we provide high quality care to all of our service users! Also, to our fantastic service users and their families who spoke so highly of us! Listening to some of the heartwarming comments made us very emotional 🥹
We are over the moon! Our report will be available to read within the next fortnight or so! 😁

•12 hours per week - Monday & Wednesday 9.30 - 1pm. Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
•Essential: Basic computer knowledge e.g Microsoft Word, Excel, great communication skills
• Desirable: Health and Social Care knowledge, SVQ Business & Admin
• Hourly rate of £12.60

Responsibilities will include: General type work, filing and archiving, answering telephone calls, working with digital care management software, completing staff weekly hour reports.

The Elite team enjoyed a lovely Christmas lunch at the Sure Hotel today, followed by handing out our secret Santa gifts (it wasn’t a secret who had who by the end🤣)
Management were also given beautiful flowers from the team which was a very lovely touch, thank you all🥹🥰

We would like to wish all of our service users, their families/friends and all the amazing healthcare professionals we work with daily a very Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year when it comes!
