Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about seasons in business.
There are seasons of building - where you’re in the trenches, doing the work, proving to yourself (and maybe the world) that you can make this happen.

And then there are seasons of expansion.

For a long time, I thought scaling your success meant working more.
