It's true, they got lots of attention but no sales - handed over lots of bats, secateur cases and belts....but no dragons. Excellent day out in good company though. At least I'll have enough dragons for the next show (Hyde Hall 6 - 8 November) - but I will need more bats. And secateurs cases. And cake, obv

Friday here was almost deserted, it's just too much heat for too long - thankfully today was a bit cooler and a lot busier! Hoping for an even milder, busier day tomorrow because this is an all round good event

See I was listening, every time someone said they were too expensive, while acknowledging the amount of work they entailed. Hopefully this version has the charm and appeal of it's big brother. Idk! I'll be taking the first ones to the Herts County Show next weekend, wish me luck??

Brilliant show at RHS Hyde Hall (with Woodland Crafts) to klck off the year. Recovering from that is going to keep me busy for a while!

Maybe because it was a tough drive yesterday, maybe because it's not the usual way I'd lay out my pitch, it took a while to arrange everything but I think it looks pretty good. Hope our visitors think so too.. I'll find out today
