The results shared in our Annual Report reflect more than a successful year for Tooting Works. They represent a growing community of businesses, high levels of satisfaction, and workspaces designed to genuinely support the people who use them.

As a social enterprise, Tooting Works exists for more than commercial success. By providing flexible, affordable workspace, we help founders and small businesses thrive and crucially, we reinvest in Business Launchpad, creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs to build sustainable futures.

We’re incredibly grateful to our tenants for shaping such a vibrant, collaborative community, and to everyone who supports our work. Your trust and participation allow us to deliver impact both within our walls and far beyond them.

2025 has been a really great year at Tooting Works. We’ve loved seeing businesses grow, conversations spark, and the spaces come alive, especially when we all get together at events. We’re proud of what’s been built here and grateful to share the space with such a diverse and inspiring group of tenants.
