What will you do in this job?
As part of the Brazilian Portuguese Sales Team team - you will get the chance to be the face of the company. You will be in the view of customers (B2B) as you help the daily online operations, carry out all relation between operations, administration and helping customers with any issues they might have as well as drive sales and cross selling products and services. Communication skills in both Brazilian Portuguese and English are crucial as you will get to talk live with customers verbally and via chat and email. You will need to stay up to date with all our client offers, work closely with the IT team when issues arise.

Who are we looking for?
For this Account Manager role, we are looking for you to have near native Brazilian Portuguese or Portuguese with an excellent level of English - where you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you are always in the eye of the customer.
You have at least 12-18 months previous experience, it would be great if you have some experience in dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis or even in a casino or VIP, Customer support.
As you are the face of the company we are looking for you to be outgoing, friendly and patient as you will communicate and help customers throughout your shifts. No degree is necessary, but we are looking for you to have excellent computer skills.
Last but not least - in order to be considered for this position you will need to have a valid EU Passport

Interview & Salary
For this Brazilian Portuguese Account Manager Job - the interview process is quite straight forward and flexible for those who are not already living in Malta.
