A new lens on challenges.
All too frequently when a business thinks they have identified a problem (or an opportunity) they may have, unwittingly, layered on a myriad of issues from their own internal perspective and lost sight of the bigger picture. To put it gently, this navel gazing can result in missing what is really important, worse still, miss opportunities that their competitors are quicker to spot and move on.
