I made almost every one of these mistakes.

Guessed at pricing. Wrote vague titles. Sat on a “finished” listing for three weeks because it didn’t feel ready yet.

I used to know exactly what my evenings looked like. Kids finally down, house finally quiet, and instead of building anything, I’d sit there running the same tape: I’m not doing enough. I should be further along by now. Everyone else seems to have more time, more energy, more figured out than I do.

That guilt didn’t build me a single product. It just made me tired in a different way, the kind of tired that has nothing to do with sleep.

Somewhere in there, I started using AI differently. Not as a shortcut to skip the work but as a quiet partner to help me actually start it.

It took the research off my plate. It took the blank-page moment off my plate. It took the “where do I even begin” off my plate.
