We’re pleased to share the completion of the lift refurbishment at 80 Cheapside, London.

Versatile FM 365 acted as Principal Designer, helping to coordinate health and safety considerations throughout the design and delivery process and supporting the project team in bringing the refurbishment to a successful conclusion.

A new project is coming up with UCL at the Christopher Ingold Building.

Versatile FM 365 will be supporting a small refurbishment project, working with the wider team to help ensure the works are carefully planned, coordinated and delivered with safety at the forefront.

Every project, whatever its size, benefits from clear communication and strong pre-construction planning. We look forward to sharing more as the work progresses.

A new project is coming up at Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Versatile FM 365 has been appointed as Principal Designer for the refurbishment project. We'll work alongside the wider project team to coordinate health and safety during the pre-construction phase and help ensure foreseeable risks are identified and properly managed.
