📜 **Design and Build vs. Traditional:** Heard about them? Not sure which is better? There's no universal 'better,' only 'better for you.' It all comes down to your goals and priorities.

🏡 **Architects' Choices:** Sometimes architects suggest a contract method because 'it's what they always do.' Not the most ideal reason, right? 🙄

👩‍⚖️ **Legal Tweaks:** Lawyers might suggest changes, but if the contract form itself isn't right, tweaks won't do much. 🤷‍♀️

Why do I do what I do?

I wish I had that perfect answer that moves people to tears or makes them reevaluate their priorities forever. But let's keep it real.

If I had a pound for every time someone said, 'You'll struggle because you're a girl' or 'The industry is male-dominated,' I'd probably be retired on a tropical island by now. Some may call it shallow, but truth be told, I do what I do to prove people wrong. More importantly, I do it to prove to myself that despite the challenges and biases, not only can I excel in my field, but I can also be wildly successful at it.

So, if you're gearing up to deliver that 'you'll struggle' speech, save your breath. I've heard it, and I know it. Plenty of people face challenges on their way to achieving their goals. It doesn't stop them; it fuels them.
