Investing in your employees is the smartest Business Decision you can make. Over the last year, many employers have sought out ways to best support employees’ mental health.
One option was to offer access to app or digital tool. Are these efficient?
Of course, these apps alone aren't enough to treat a mental health condition, but they can offer employees access to effective tools, skills, and resources — from mindfulness exercises, to mood and behaviour tracking, to biofeedback — that may help them better cope and manage.
But, there is a but.
These tools may help but the support of a coach is immensely better.
You will have 1:1 conversations.
These are an exercise in building trusting, respectful, mutually beneficial relationships.
A coach will help to regain your purpose, increase your confidence and become more self aware.
If you need to, make the case to your HR department that it’s worth the financial investment, highlighting the benefits to your team in terms of reduced burnout and increased productivity and engagement.
And if you do invest in a coach, be sure to track the impact by checking in with your employees regularly on how they're doing.
I have spent the previous year to study and deepened my knowledge on the topic.
I integrated, blended and merged that with my experience as business developer and free lance consultant.
Plus I got the diploma in Coaching Practice accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
The mix of experiences and new perspectives gave me so much confidence and appreciation on the coaching. By seeing the results of my work I am always impressed about how powerful and useful a coach can be.
I offer a chemistry session free of charge.
