STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS HAS BEEN SO MUCH HARDER THAN I ENVISAGED.
I'm 18 months in and it's been a VERY steep learning curve!
There are not many days that go by that I don't seriously doubt my staying power or daydream of being part of a big team; employed in a 'proper job'.
I totally underestimated how hard it would be to 'get going'.
I naively thought I'd launch a website and potential clients would be knocking down my door, begging to be coached. ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
Starting up with a limited budget, I underestimated how much time would be taken up doing tasks that are completely out of my comfort zone.
Tasks that really test my patience and ability to adapt! ๐

That said, I'm starting to see the light.
Inspired by my clients who put in the work to achieve the breakthroughs.
With support, I'm working on matching my passion, ambition and ideas with consistent action, and it's starting to pay off, albeit slowly!
Happy , to my fellow founders, here's to showing up with the courage to fail, the resilience to persist and the determination to overcome ALL of the challenges, however, they present themselves.
If you have any top tips to share on thriving in year two, then I'm all ears.
